Jeewan Hospital - General hospital in New Delhi - South, India

We chose this hospital because it is near to our house and we had received positive review about the hospital. Staff here doesnt have any knowledge about the patient. They don't know what is going on. The breakfast was not sent by 10 am even. At 11pm, the cleaning guy had come to clean the room. The sister/nurses dont know when the tests will be held what ll be duration etc.. they have no clue. They only have one thing to say, you have to pay the amount xxx and doctor will tell you about the test. We would not suggest or recommend this hospital to anyone.

Very bad services and staff with zero level of empathy. A person with stucked ring with bad circulation and lots of pain approached for the support. Hospital claimed to be well equipped and their staff didn't even bothered to check or help. ER staff suggested to go to jewellary shop. " yai hmara kaam nahi hai" As if during the late hours we will be able to get any jewellar. Those who doesn't know - bad circulation in any area can lead to medical emergency and permanent damage to the finger but yes the well educated doctor of the hospital doesn't consider it important.
