Jeevangeet Bungalow - Home Stay in Alibag - Raigad, India

It's a very specious, clean and beautiful bungalow. 3 AC bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining space and hall. Beautiful nature surroundings. Varsoli beach is just 1km away and many other attractions near by. Owner is cooperative as well. Over-all a great experience.

Our family stayed there for one night. The bungalow is well maintained and matches the pictures. It has all amenities for a pleasant stay like water purifier, solar heater, wifi and power backup. It also has all equipment if you want to cook a meal. Varsoli beach is 10 minute drive from the bungalow.

Thanks for hospitality, tips and advise. My family liked the house and it was very homely stay. Your caretaker is also very kind and she maintains the cleanliness very well. House is very new and interiors are done thoughtfully. Maintenance in general is upto mark. Linen and towels are changed regularly. Soaps and toiletries available in plenty. Tea arrangements were big welcome. We all liked the house. It closer from city and yet peaceful. The varsoli beach is 8-10min drive or 25-30min walk. There is a pond near this house which is clean but it's a small pond. Roads in this vicinity are narrow so be prepared for it. Parking is available in the bungalow , but if you are driving large SUV be skillful to park it properly. House gives you homely feeling and positive vibes.

Location: Approach road to the villa is not so narrow and katcha road. The bungalow is located near the Varsoli Lake (not right lake facing) but has slight view from the Balcony of the 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Parking space is quite narrow and will be difficult for the amateur drivers to park into the bungalow area. There is space across to park. (The host has sent proper instructions on how to park into the bungalow, step by step). The are is kinda peaceful with not much hustle bustle. There are birds chirping near the lake. Early mornings are fresh. The lake is not mesmerizing. Its not well maintained. Its just there with some stagnant water. But the vibe is peaceful. Bungalow: 3BHK, Has a AC bedroom on the ground floor. Hall is spacious. Fully functional open kitchen with basic utensils available. Fridge, water purifier TV, are installed and functional. Hot water is available (Solar heated, but u get hot water during post sunset also). 2 AC bedrooms on the first floor and terrace access on the top. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The bungalow is pretty spacious. Its a standalone property with place to walk for a person between the wall and the bungalow. The beds are basic with the mattresses also basic (Kinda thin). Basic home stay. Food: The host has provided contact details of nearby caterers, and hotels that can deliver. We went to a caterer who is right opposite the bungalow. The lady provides good homely food, thalis, breakfast, etc.There is small provisional store nearby. Varsoli Beach is ~ 1.5 Kms. Basically the bungalow is a good value for money, budget stay with no fancy/luxury expectations. Good for a home stay with a peaceful serene vibe.

A beautiful, spacious & well maintained 3 bhk bungalow. Had a great time with family, would like to visit again. It must be just 10-15 min from varsoli beach. They also provide maid for cleaning. But parking four wheeler inside is a very big task due to less and narrow space.

We have stayed twice in this bungalow. It's a superb place to relax and enjoy the nature. Very spacious , homely vibes, all required and add on amenities with TV and good parking place for 2 -3 cars.Highly recommend a stay here with your family and friends.

Great place. Nice cooperative owner. Rooms are spacious. Solar water heater available. AC new & in working condition. No near by restaurants, u require car for going there but if you order you get it in 30-45 mins. Sea food is expensive & depending on availability.

Excellent ! If you ever visit Alibaug I *highly recommend* this place. A well furnished, spacious - very clean and well maintained place with all the necessary amenities/requirements (24/7 hot water, wifi, air-conditioned bedrooms, electricity backup power, towels, extra mattresses, blankets etc). The bungalow has an open roof - its great if you want to relax in the open air around sunset or even at night. The owner had left all the instructions for us and there was a caretaker to help out too. The place itself is located around 5-10 minutes from the beach and the local market. If I go back to Alibaug, I would definitely go back to stay at this place.
