I had a very pathetic experience here in this showroom, - I went for changing my Suzuki access 125's brake gear, and after one hour they said available parts are not fitting so please come after a week or they will call back me once its available, and today (Mon 13 Feb 2023), they called me and said "please come your vehicle parts are available now, can come and change it will take maximum 30 min ", I reached there, and filled all the forms, after 1.5 hours again the lady who is handling parts section said very casually, "again its not fitting your vehicle". This was a very horrible experience and they (Especially the lady who is handling spare parts section) are not bothering about the customer's valuable time.

Scooters service is excellent, bikes spares we have to order earlier. Good service.
