Jays Inn - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

The hotel is very near to the bus station, easily walkable distance which is really good. At this price point- the room space, quality of service and cleanliness is absolutely perfect. If anybody wants to utilize Work from Home option while traveling- This place has very good phone network connection and hence, one can easily work on mobile hotspot too. Decent place to stay if anyone (Couple or Family) wants to explore Munnar whole day and just take rest in the evening/night. Auto stand just on the backside exit of hotel so very easy to access any mode of commute or transport. Restaurants of all ranges, Local Market, Auto stand, Bus stand, all are just at walkable distance.

I was staying for three days at jays inn, this property is located in city center where we can taste good food and do shopping, property manager is very helpful in all aspects, thanks Deepak

It was a very good stay, we stayed here for 2 days. The service was very good. Manger Deepak was very helpful and very kind.

Very poor service. Room booked for my brother for their wedding trip. They provided worst room which is not upto the money. It's not like private room. We can get better and better for that. But this is seasonal theft they are making. Please don't go for this room of you want to enjoy trip with family.

Rooms were well maintained. And the location was good where the hotel is situated.

Room are so so...some room are nice and some room are very bad like cheap hotels.. Check toilet celling they are leaking. About the staff they will not upgrade the room. If you ask for next day to give some other room they will not give you good clean room availablity is there then also.. Parking is also issue here...
