Next in line on our Chikmagalur trip was Jayanthi coffee, the hotel that we stayed displayed their products so it was time to visit them in store. The Cafe is well decorated with details on the process of coffee making which was nice. Pass through the tunnel to have a seat in their cafe. Ordered a cappuccino along with chocolate waffle and cheesecake. Cappuccino was just like any other, chocolate waffle was good but the cheesecake had way too much blueberry sauce. The only place that sold Chikmagalur magnets which I loved. Staff did not look that interested in entertaining us. Overall an ok experience at the World of Coffee.

The first coffee shop that I visited during my stay at Chickmaglur and I kept going back. The staff was so welcoming and the prices for coffee are amazing. There lovely seating area. It is a great coffee shops to meet new people in, as well it is very central.

A must visit place for every coffee aficionado. Located in a prime street of the town that is the home of Indian coffee, Jayanthi Coffee outlet takes us back to the golden days of 50s to 90s through the collection of its old labels and newspaper cuttings. They have created a world class cafe within the outlet. This is kind of a coffee museum as the place has exhibits of some of the most important aspects of coffee production -- from coffee roasters to the decoction filters to the samples of some of the finest varieties of coffee beans available worldwide. I would like to call Jayanthi coffee as an institution of the coffee world. There are many such outlets in the town that are older than Jayanthi. But I love the way Jayanthi is branding itself and marketing its produce.

If you are coffee lover then this place is a paradise for you. A must visit for all the coffee lovers when in chikmangalore. It's a cafe and a experience center feels like a complete different world. We apparently visited this store just to pick up coffee powder but ended up spending more than 3 hours in world of coffee. Owners and staff are more than happy to walk you through the place and explain ALL ABOUT COFFEE You can explore the store all by yourself also. Cafe inside has some mouth watering home made desserts out if which creme brulee was one of the best we had till date and a must try. We also tried croissant sandwich which was again yummilicious Not to forget Filter coffee was at it's best . Overall experience: Quality : top notch 10/10 Cleanliness : 10/10 Taste: 9/10 Service : 10/10 I'm sure to visit this place evrytime I visit chickmanglore. Best coffee. The aroma of coffee floats almost up to 200 mts on a super busy street of MG road. Beautiful interiors. We bought some skin care products made out of coffee and cocoa also from there.

One of the good coffee shops in Chikmagalur. this shop is beautifully designed and has restaurant attached to it. It has interactive screens which you can use to learn more about history and processing of coffee. The coffee is slightly expensive. The food is okayish. If you are in Chikmagalur and coffee fan, do visit this place once to get a different experience!
