I visit for all my haircare services and they seem to be very good. Authentic haircare products used.. i took cysteine therapy there and hair are straight even after 5 months. hair coloring is good too. I would highly recommend it for hair color, hair spa and haircare therapies..
No professionalism. I had worst saloon experience. They don't know their business and have no value for customer and their time. Is Jawed Habib himself saw they he will be so ashamed. People don't go here if you love your hair and your money.
The staff is just downright rude. I was early for my appointment. She could've easily asked me to wait my turn, instead, she is busy asking me questions like what time is your appointment? Why are you early? We don't have place for you to sit, we will call you if we have place. All this is still acceptable, but the tone was soo rude! Like she was gonna do my service for free!
The staff behaviour is unprofessional and they don't value customer's time. I visited salon for haicutting one evening but they were occupied so they asked me to visit next day. I visited again next day on the same time. But to my suprise they again told me that they are occupied and told me that I should have booked in advace. This thing they could have told me at my first visit.
I was their regular customer and had never booked in advance. I found it very unprofessional. They lost a valuable customer for sure.
Service is good, but the charges are on higher side. No festival discount.
Good haircut!
The ambience is good, skill set is good but it is expensive like one or two others in alibag. Parking space is good enough for bike.
