This is the best pet mart in 25 km radius of my home. The store has a wide range of pet products and have competitive pricing. I drive 25 kms. every 2 weeks to get my golden retriever food, snacks, toys, grooming items. I also get widest choice of aquariums, filters, fish good, aquascaping tools, live fish, live aquarium plants &c. Mr. Suresh (Store Manager) will give you unbiased suggestions, build aquariums as per your need, help you decorate, tell you when not to waste money and take calls when you have a question to clarify -- anytime after your purchase. A great place for all pet needs including fishes, cats, dogs and maybe other animals too. Very friendly staff and all of them including the owner have a great attitude!

Store is good but the staff and the owner just want to sell the goods. I told them that I am having dachshund who is having tendency of chewing. I asked the helping staff to give me e a toy which can not be destroyed easily. They gave me a toy of very bad quality. Which my dog chew in 2 hour only. On the other hand I purchased a ball online 4 months back which is still in good shape. Sharing the pics for reference. Above all when I call the mart they told me that we don't have good quality of toys now and They told me to come next month. That is very unethical and unprofessional behaviour as if they are not having the material which customer need why they sell the cheep material to that customer by saying that it is very good material and as per the requirement.

While we cooperated by visiting their premises upon their request, unfortunately, no order was placed. We did not harbor any ill feelings towards this outcome as it is a normal part of business. Recently, I received a call from Ms. Swarnalatha, the owner of Jasmine Pet Mart. She expressed her intention to visit our office and provide an advance payment via cheque. I confirmed our acceptance of a cheque as a form of payment. However, during the conversation, Ms. Swarnalatha made derogatory remarks in Telugu, stating, "Memu dariki poye prathi vakariki dabbulu evvalemu." Translated, this roughly means "We don't give money to every person who comes to our doorstep." In response, I clarified that we are not simply "roadside guys" and emphasized our experience in undertaking corporate projects where advances are customary. Unfortunately, Ms. Swarnalatha proceeded to shout at me, claiming that no corporate company would provide an advance and boasting that she would personally give me an exorbitant sum of Rs. 10,000 as pocket money if I were to receive Rs. 100 as an advance from any such company. Such behavior and attitude towards suppliers raise concerns about the professionalism and ethics exhibited by Jasmine Pet Mart and its owner. It is disheartening to experience such treatment, particularly considering that Ms. Swarnalatha is financially well-off. In my interactions with other affluent individuals, I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior. Given the circumstances, I urge all vendors and suppliers to exercise caution when considering business dealings with Jasmine Pet Mart. While it is essential to approach every situation with an open mind, it is equally crucial to prioritize healthy and respectful business relationships. It is vital that we collaborate with partners who align with our values and uphold professional standards. This store has a vast variety of pet things. Well organised and clean. One stop for pet things!

Excellent experience. All at one place. World famous fish food brands available. Marine aquarium and marine fish could have made it complete. Good discounts being offered. Pet Supermarket a unique concept.

Large number of varieties are available They give 15 to 20% discount but even after discount i feel we are paying the same amount Which is nearly equal to MRP.
