Food was good, we ordered paneer Paratha for breakfast and it almost took more than 30 minutes, but tasted good. Looking at the delay in serving I'll not visit again.
Ordered Chapati and butter chicken.. Waiting time 30 Min, final got half cooked chapati with masala wraped raw chicken dipped in Masala... Waiting to go hospital.. Due to indigestion of this need to visit hospital

Nostalgic memories. I regularly used to have food here during my short stint posting at Port Blair 2 years back. The restaurant was being renovated when I was about to leave the town for once and all. The owners are Bengali. But the cook and serving guys were workers from Bihar. Excellent service and yummy chicken. Was reasonably priced then. Was a crowd puller and was very popular. I liked the food here. Recommended. However ambience was not that great for family. If you are alone or a couple of friends then it's good if you want hygienic and good food reasonably priced
Janta Dhaba is one of the best restaurant available at Port Blair. Starting from its water mouthing food to home delivery service is excellent.
