When I went here for the first time it was a good experience when Preeti did my task. When I went for the 2nd time Preeti's staff the fat girl said I visited after 2 months. What does she need to do when I choose to visit? Doi need her permission or I need to give an explanation to her? I went today with my daughter for her haircut. First the same fat girl made comments on my daughter's short hair n she advised me to grow her hair without me asking her anything. She also needed explanation on my daughter's name and religion. She is a racist and a extra smart girl. I didn't not argue or said anything because I didn't want to increase this matter but it's too much. Every time I leave it thinking it's alright she must not an understanding person but visit by visit her comments are taking a different turn altogether. I have no issues with Preeti. She is very nice but her staff the fat girl needs to be taught some manners n talking etiquettes to customers. I'm a Muslim that's why she does it to only me I don't know. But this is not a humanity for sure. I pity on such people that they still discriminate. Very poor attitude of a staff.
The hair wash was really good but the blow dry needs work, better not to waste money on it because it does not look good.
I have been visiting Janet beauty care since a very long time. Preeti mam is easy to communicate and patient with all her customer needs. Staff too is friendly.
Pathetic service, expired products used , owner and staff has zero information! All lies . Jannet spoiled my skin to the core ! Highly priced the owner has attitude! She will argue even after its her fault, wrong treatment she gives . I have very bad experience. Will never go to janet palour again.
