Very poor customer service, also their own products are of third class quality and they overcharge at times compared to other branded products when it comes to rice and other grains and pulses. The worst are their delivery guys who have no idea of how to communicate with women and senior citizens. Sad that this good old store is now truly pathetic kirana store!

Very best shop to buy groceries. It is nearby to borivali station. This store is also famous for selling grains, dry fruits, provisions etc. Many snacks item like roasted nuts, roasted gram, varities of chivdas, also available here. They sell the products on a reasonable rate. Staffs are very well mannered.
Yesterday, l have purchased 8 packets of talod handwa. By checking one packet price and expiry date (11/12/2020), l told him to give 8 fresh packets.
But, taking advantage of rush hour in shop, the shopkeeper gave 4 fresh packet and other 4packets with holes in it (damaged condition) and having expiry date of 14/09/2020. It means all 4packets need to be use within one week from today.
This is a classic example how Kirana stores like Janta stores dupe and cheat their customer and clear their stock which are not sold during lockdown.

Excellent General Store at Borivli West sv road, they have very good app also available on playstore, service is excellent, delivery at home facility available, they accept all modes of payments also, you will able to get all groceries at one store only.
I had ordered 5kg toor dal. I was showed a good quality dal and they delivered a poor quality variety . never buy from here.
