Careless and non trusted builders. This project is for middle class people as they say, but none of the flats are handover yet, I don't know exactly the year they started the construction, they started construction in 2019 and still under construction only and didn't handover to the concerned people. Many people are taken homeloan and still paying EMI but no possession yet. Don't trust this company and they mislead the false information.

Very bad, not recommended at all, no facilities or aminities provided,also windows glasses are broken, construction is not up to date, color is so dull and faded, no cleaning at all, and fraud people taken excess money from us also giving false commitments every time. There are so many hidden charges n people are asking for commission and tips every time. Careless and non trusted builders. Myself Priyanka ,Owner of A4-509,We have booked the flat in April 2019 and went for loan in Feb 2020 ,since then we have been paying the loan interest. In the initial stage at the time of booking ,the person promised that we get the interest till the date o possession ,alter came to know it would be only till 9th floor slab. Fine ,I understand there will be some miss communication happens. Every knows its middle class people who purchase flats in Jana Priya and why don't these people understand that it would be burden for the customers to pay EMI and House rent simultaneously as theirs is no proper communication about the possession. The other worst thing is the projects which started post to Sitara Like Arcadia are done and people are living in those flats Our CRM is Mr. Aravind,who is very much least bothered to respond to the calls or Msgs. A day before he said the final statement is ready and immediate next day when msgd about the same, in the same chat window he is asking flat num, ridiculous One direct question to whoever replies to this Msg,why are you people not ready to share the RERA num of this project

I totally agree with what most people think I myself own a plot A108 delivery of which is delayed for years.booked wy back in 2017and in Jan 2021 I made all the due payments and was told it was ready to occupy final loan amount has also been released and its Oct now But still don't have all the keys Its been more than a year and still my snag list is pending mr. Ramesh nor sravanthi crm seem to be in any hurry to finish the pending works even after a year delay and multiple visits to the site

I don't feel like giving 1 star. I have got this flat in dec 2019 in A4 building and still waiting for registration and handover. Worst support I have ever seen from people involved. It had been years I am waiting for the handover. Everytime I contact and visit there is a new date they give which is definitely 2 months delayed to the older Date. On top of it, never received response from the CRM's. Even after contacting them multiple times for weeks and months we still have to be unanswered and unheard. It is very painful for a family like ours and unfortunately no one here understands the pain and problems we are going through. Paying EMI since 4 years and still no right to get the answers. I went by the name JANAPRIYA but I am disappointed and regret. They have started half a dozen more ventures but they don't have human resources to finish this project. I have never been so disappointed.

what would be the exact possession date for flats in A4 Sitara. Can you let me know. We tried reaching the builders saying they will be going to surrender in few months, But months are going. Janapriya iam asking you people to reply, you need to respond to the customer questions, answering to only unwanted questions. you need to respond to our questions as well. Many people are suffering financially due to lack of information from your side.

We know as Mr.Ravinder sir has good projects for middle class people..But his staff are very worst ... don't even respond to customer calls properly or call back even customer calls many times.If it is their work with customer... shamelessly they will call

I seriously suggest not to take a flat here . I am waiting for the past 10 months for my flat but no response . Multiples calls and visits to site .but no use. Aravind or sravanti from crm team they will call u continuously when u need to pay and after that they won't even respond to ur calls . Literally they will ignore ur calls . From the builder side for giving the final confirmation, they will take months If u want to save money and get a good flat please don't take here . I have lost 2lakhs because of these PPL . I am paying emi but no posession .
