Hotel Jai Guru is good hotel for stay in Haldwani. sanitation is good, food is ok, service is good, staff behaviour and hospitality is good, situated in city centre, only one kilometre from railway station and half kilometre from bus stand. No disturbance in the room. Overall hotel Jai Guru proves itself a nice stay.

Budget friendly rooms with fast service. Rooms are top quality according to price..which is under 1k. Usually we find dirty washrooms and linen in low budget rooms..but you'll be amazed as the bathrooms are very tidy... There is intercom in each room and the service is fast. Staff is well behaved too.
I feel one star is also more to spare for them. I don't know who was on duty, is it a manager or reception on 10th November 2022 in the evening. I visited for a room. It was showing available online, but the manager/on duty officer was so engaged over phone flirting with someone, I waited for a long to get his attention. After that I received a rude welcome with the note "No Rooms are available", that led me myself to the outside. Management/owner should investigate this and remove such irresponsible persons, for which the reputation of a brand damages.
The hotel is located near Bus Depot, at a walking distance. The rooms are good . Room service is available. No parking facility available at the hotel. The best thing that I liked about this hotel is its terrace garden. Go and have your morning tea/coffee on the rooftop, such a wonderful feeling.
Room quality was average, bathroom was renovated to very good standard. Though hotel has lift facility but available from 1st floor only and one floor staircase is very steep and uncomfortable for senior citizen and patients with knee problems. Overall experience good.
