The gym is well equipped, spacious with good ambience. The trainer (Mr.Lokesh) is helpful and encourage us todo the workouts in a proper way; He does continuous monitoring and provides guidance to correct the same if we didn't do it correct. Even if we hesitate todo some workouts (on a day), he encourages us todo the same and brief about the benefits of doing it. He ensures that the purpose of our visit to Gym is being full-filled. He is a positive guy and spreads positivity while doing the workouts. stop by here to take care of your health and soul.
