Good jewellery shop staff behaviour also good there is no shop in bbsr to provide gold at making charge 399 very happy .so many girls there took my baby while I was busy in buying ornaments . One thing is that gold is slight whitish yellow color that I didn't like other wise ok and staff was not offering tea coffee not even water .

Cross sale to customers is their highest priority. Sales persons should not be blamed, but their policy makers. It spoils the entire experience.

the parking is beneath the shop, which is very small. internal floor to floor connectivity through stair case designed for only one person. i purchased something for rs. of 536.15, but at billing counter the person asked me to pay 540.00 & told me our billing system is like this.( they charged 1% extra for paying through debit card & 2% extra through credit card which is very annoying)

I request you don't purchase any silver product from there.when it opened I purchased 11rings and one payal from this store.as they were giving every product at affordable price with very much attractive discount. Some jewelleries I gifted to my friends I don't know about that.which me and my family members are using within 2months silver rings turned into slightly black.i asked them for polishing they suggest if you will polish it.the stones will be removed.then after 3months it's color completely changed.look at this

J & T Gems and Jewellery is a worst place to purchase ornaments. It's ornaments quality is very bad and low quality . Its cash counter staff behaviour is very bad and service is very poor . No service after sales they charged extra . Don't purchase any ornaments from this store..... Better purchase any ornaments in small shop you can trust them but not in this store .

Went to buy a ring today, the staff was very attentive and were well behaved. Prices are also very reasonable. It was an amazing experience. The shop is very beautiful and well designed.
