Looks good only in pictures!. Service and quality of the rooms were really bad. Felt like a student hostel. Even though we mentioned elderly person while booking online, they had allocated the 3rd floor with no lift and very narrow staircases. While check-in, even though we shared our passport, they insisted that we are from abroad and wanted foreign residence details!! Rooms smell really awful, the bedsheets were worn out and were itchy and uncomfortable to sleep. Not recommended!
Located at the prime location and very easy to explore places nearby. The rooms are very neat and hygeine is well maintained. The staff and the receptionists behaviour is excellent and because of them our trip of only girls became so smooth and easy. We really appreciate the courtesy and the kind nature of them.
Highly recommend stay. Reception people are very friendly and patiently clear any of your doubts regarding stay or the place. I had an emergency travel and had to leave stay very quickly to the bus stand. They even dropped me there and made sure I have boarded bus at that time crunch. Lovely!!
All the reviews in google and Agoda are paid reviews. Please do not trust any of them. Here you go with my genuine review. Room: old and dusty rooms. Toilets are very congested and dirty. Breakfast: horrible, we got only 3 or 4 dishes and that too the taste was horrible. Not even an egg dish was available. Absolutely vegetarian. Service: I didn't even get a complimentary water bottle. They have told me to pay for it. Overall: not at all recommended. Poor quality hotel. I couldn't find anything good to recommend.
There is no parking in this hotel, so better intimate this to customers before taking a booking and another major drawback is there is no lift in this property so it was very difficult for elders and PPL with back pain to access the room I restricted myself to go to rooftop because of this reason and I was not able to enjoy the trip because of the back pain which got triggered due to climbing the stairs. The rooms were very clean but the toilet faucet was leaking so we were not able to take our toddler to use the bathroom. The food was good. Itsy should equip more PPL for this property and then only should call this a 3 star hotel otherwise it's a decent homestay

Nice hotel with good service. Rooms were hygienic and clean and quite large. The attendant at reception was cordial and friendly and was always there to help. Recommended!!
Awesome location, right in the shopping area. Walkable distance to the beach. Walkable distance to School of Eyesight. Same breakfast, but like home cooked food, delicious. The rooms are very spacious. Old building, but have painted to create a nice theme for the room. Our kids too enjoyed the stay here. Mr. Toufique was making our stay wonderful. Followed up with us right before we checked into the hotel. No parking facility, the only drawback. But considering the other benefits and the great service i would consider staying here again with my family.
