Nice and budget friendly stay. This is very close to the beach, french colony, churches and cafes(within 1 to 2km). Rooms are bit small. The price includes Breakfast. Weekend it costs 1800 and weekdays it's 999. It has a parking facility and staff are good. But the only issue is mosquitoes, there are too many mosquitoes inside the room.

Bad experience given by Treebo hotels. This property is not managed properly, the rooms are very small, shady and no window in the room or no scope of ventilation at all. Getting hot water for taking bath is a big problem here. They will waste your travel time by making you to wait for hot water, they won't provide toiletries which is a basic kit given by every hotel. This property is located in a good area by that was justified by its high price but in that price they should provide basic services which is a must to every traveler. I am giving two star for good staff behaviour and helping out in arranging stuff

For 4k a night, you can get much better options. It felt like a transit hotel near a railway station. The staff's attitude makes the experience worse. The breakfast comes to the room in a packed plastic plate, reminded me of the pandemic times quarantine hotels.

Stayed in this property 23.10.2022 for two nights. Being day before Diwali and Diwali day the price paid was a bit more. Location excellent, parking space congested, Service very good, Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast provided was very good.

Went there after reading some negative reviews. But their service wasn't disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean and neat. Staffs were nice. They arranged a two-wheeler for sightseeing at a reasonable rate. Had issues with the cleanliness of blankets and ventilation. Otherwise, It is decent for a one-night stay.

Rooms are very small as seen in photos. It is a 2 star hotel but the cleaning should be there. The rooms and hallway were smelling like hell. I got to see the kitchen area when I was keeping the water bottle in the fridge and I regret it as it was too dirty and smelly. I had to ask to close the kitchen door and put some air freshener but it still did not work. Damp smell was also there in one room , could be as there was no window. Location is good 1km away from rock beach

It's a budget friendly hotel but we had to pay 4 times the actual rate due to Xmas peak. So for that cost it's jot worth but yes for its actual price it's an affordable stay and that too in white town . Well connected to all the nearby places to explore in Pondicherry. The staff at reception can be a bit more friendly . Though we reached 2-3 hours after the actual checking time and even after requesting for late check-out they were totally in accomodating . Not even a polite way of denial. Service needs to be improved. The pillows were a bit smelly and rooms are but small. Complimentary breakfast in morning is ok.

Worst experience. Not worth the price you are paying. Costly rooms, but even then, rooms are not having basic amenities like electronic kettle, etc.. They do not provide any welcome kit like soap, toothpaste etc. Rooms are very small. Receptionist would always be playing video on high volume. If you are in room next to it, you would not be able to sleep in night as well. Had visited treebo in Mysore, had good experience there, hence booked it, thinking it would be same/similar. But it is not at even close to that. You do not have options for breakfast. It would be served in yor rooms. In Mysore's treebo, you are free to take what you like to eat from breakfast buffet.
