Issacs Residency - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

We were a group of 8 adults and 6 grown up kids. We loved staying at this property all three nights of our trip! The rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and washrooms were totally functional. What I loved the most was their service! Right from the reception staff to restaurant staff and house keeping team!! They were all so good their work! Extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to their Chef as well!! We loved the food that was served!! There were not many varieties on the buffet menu. But whatever was available, everything tasted delicious!! Totally recommend this property if you are looking for something that's easy to reach and value of money! Also, we were so happy with the inter connecting rooms! Kids could have their own rooms adjacent to ours and we didn't have to be worried about their safety! Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!!

One of the best place to stay in Munnar. Located at the heart of the city near to the main Market. The Rooms are excellent with great ambience. The hotel provides 24 hours hot water supply, Mini Refrigerator along with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff is very courteous and polite. The restaurant provides good food.

It is rated as 3 stars hotel, but can definitely be a 4 stars. Rooms are super comfortable, great bathroom with hot water, huge comfortable bed. Great service by the manager and his staff. In the middle of the town where you can easily get to all the attractions

The stay in Issacs residency, Munnar was just awesome, as the property is in the town very near/ just walkable to bus station, shops, restaurents, taxi/ auto stand. The view from the reception and in house restaurant was fantastic! They will arrange sight seeing taxi trips for you with prior notice. The rooms can be a bit different in there organization, that means, when we open the door directly the bed space can be seen and then only comes the washroom space. It could have been the other way. Anyways the stay there was awesome, breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. Customer service was extraordinary.

Beautiful stay. My all ratings are out of 5. Rooms -5 Location - 5 (walkingdistance from main munnar market)You can get all spices and home made chocolates if you want. Food - 4.5 Hygiene- 5 Staffs - 5 I strongly recommend this places Unfortunately I am unable to upload the video. My room was mountain view. Friendly

We totally loved our time at this hotel. Everyone was so polite and professional. From the security guards who had the sweetest smiles to the reception staff everyone was really really nice. The rooms were also super clean and comfortable, the laundry service was efficient and cheap enough and the breakfast was second to none we had in India. Location is also super great, very close to the Center and rickshaw area where you can get a ride anywhere you want. Super stay, we will return whenever we are back in Munnar! Thank you

It was a pleasant experiance. But one thing I wanted to say during buffet break fast ,food filling is not proper. We waited for long time and it did not filled at all even though we requested multiple times. Other then this everything is good.

Bad experience and first ever, people from room service entered our room without our permission or notifying us on our absence, when we came back to the room we were taken back with surprise and scary situation, total violation of privacy, when we checked with the reception how they cud enter our room just like that, simply replied hotel policy, poor administration and management, we had our valuables passport and luggage inside the room, whole night we had to go thru our luggage to make sure nothing is tampered since we were flying back in few days, if you planing to stay here its not safe a simple reminder for those looking for a honest review.
