Every Sunday i go there to just pray krishna to get eternal peace. In such noisy place i found peace. Found joy and everything that as human beings we want. Place is great for krishna consciousness people.

It was something else which can't be described. It was noisy outside but as soon as I stepped in everything was calm and quiet... Mesmerizing!!

This temple is awesome. Every time you visit there, you are awestruck. The cleanliness and staff is too good. It feels all mesmerized when u place ur step inside the temple area , it really gives peace . There is tapi river side also one should visit it on evening or early morning . Must visit They decorated the temple very beautifully. It was an amazing site.

ISKON TEMPLE also known as SHRI SHRI RADHA DAMODAR MANDIR is simply the BEST temple of Shri Radha-Krishna in surat. Located just beside TAPI RIVER, it is wholesome place which can magically heal any stress, anxiety, depression. All you need to do is just go there and SING BHAJAN or DANCE with others during arti. On Sunday Night ARTI start at around 6:30PM and ends around 7:30PM. Every Sunday they serve PRASADAM(KHICHDI-KADHI) to everyone who goes there. This temple also has its own restaurant which serves healty and quality food. You must taste 'VADA', available near the entrance. Vada are so tasty that sometimes people specially pay a visit for them. The Temple, its arti and its Prasadam is so lovely that this place is usually OVERWHELMED by devotees during weekends and festivals. Specifically, listening to Bhajans during Arti and seeing all the devotees dancing and singing together automatically cheers you up. This temple in Surat is located in jahangirnagarpura area which is so religious and the peace there is something which attracts locals as well as tourist to visit it more The other thing about this particular temple is it a river aside to it so the view from there is also an attraction place for crowd nowadays.

Iskcon Temple Surat is one of the main tourist attraction for the devotees who believe in Lord Krishna and Lord Rama. If you're taking a private Auto (Rickshaw) from Surat Railway Station, they'll charge you minimum Rs150-Rs180 single way. There's no entrance fee to visit this temple. It has a giant compund where devotees can stand easily and spend time. However, Prasadam counter & souvieneir counter I found it ok and not attractive as compared with other Iskcon Temple from different cities. Prasadam like Laddu and other food items you get it for minimum Rs20 onwards. It is one of the best religious place to worship. Inside the temple the ambience and the preachings are designed and presented in detail. Kids will find it very attractive to understand the culture. Next time if you visit to Surat City, please visit this temple for mental peace and to worship.
