After being initiated to Mahasambhavi Kriya, I was willing to explore the Sunday monthly Isha Satsang. And I first visited on 6th Aug 2023. I practiced the kriya and few other practices. Then shared my experiences from Sambhavi with other participants. It is a good location for keen seekers.
With the due care and gentle guidance of the teachers at ISHA Yogashala, I able to broke my limitation of not being able to bend forward and backward due to chronic lower back pain. Doing regular Surya Shakti and Angamardana under the guidance of Hatha Yoga teachers, my flexibility increased, and my lower back pain also disappeared. I feel energetic and more focused throughout the day. I'm not a professional player, but the way my Volleyball game improved boosted my confidence for learning new things. ISHA Yogashala is a gift to the people of Kolkata. The ambience of the Yogashala itself gives you a soothing vibe. I never missed the opportunity to go there and do my practices. If you want to improve physical and mental fitness, you must join ISHA Yogashala. As I leave Kolkata, I'm missing it a lot. Hoping that they open a Yogashala in Jaipur, too. I promise you will get a lot more than what you expect.
If you have been to Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore -- this place is closest to that ambience in Kolkata. Teachers know the full ins and outs of the process they are initiating us into.
Just visit this place once to experience it for yourself. The whole atmosphere and vibe of the place makes you calmer and more receptive somehow. Definetly check out the trial classes they offer, you won't regret.
I attended the trial session and it was amazing. The studio is very peaceful and an oasis in the middle of a busy city. This is a great offering by the Isha Foundation. I will definitely recommend this studio for regular classes
Places like these need to be spoken about devoted time to, much more than they are currently. This place is made authentically to recreate the Isha ashram vibes. Experienced hatha yoga teachers available to impart the knowledge of classical hatha yoga. Highly recommend interested people to visit the space atleast once.
I would suggest everyone to just visit this place once and you'll fall in love with the ambience..and Ishangas will add to it with their warm welcome...I loved to be there and meditate in the devi concecrated space yoga teachers here are very kindNamaskaram.
