General equipment is of decent quality. Bars and weight plates are in good condition. Spacious facility. Need better quality squat racks, only 1 present of appropriate height. Cardio section is poor, doesn't have a single electronic treadmill or elliptical.
The gym's manager and trainer, Rajan Sir, possesses extensive experience and knowledge in various exercises. He has provided me with valuable instruction on effective and efficient workout techniques. I am pleased to have become a member of this gym, and I highly recommend others to join and seek guidance from Rajan Sir exclusively.
Very bad experience no electrical treadmill no elliptical machine. There are 3-4 trainers but they are only busy in their personal clients and there are no one to look on the new comers or beginners and some trainers are busy in selling their PT horrible trainers ever seen .
Iron sanctuary has been an amazing place to workout. Especially the trainers here has helped grow so muchhh in terms of training. Me being a professional boxer, the place has been an heaven for me.
Was having problem regarding squat.. Rajan sir, club manager of iron sanctuary gym helped me correct my form and techniques..he has good knowledge regarding techniques and was very cooperative!
