Madhu Mam is an excellent fitness trainer. Her knowledge about good health and sharing communication help us to stay motivated & fit. Gym ambience is good and aerobics session was good and enthusiastic. I really recommend for fitness freak people.

I love the atmosphere,so clean good equipment maintainence, master will help us in whatever doubt we have in workout, drinking water facility is there, steam bath treadmill, cycling all kinds of gym handles, arm blaster is there .for beginners surely thy should try this gym

A decent gym with a reasonable space. Good for fitness enthusiast as the gym had really good quality equipment, after all the quality of the equipment matters. They also provide fully centralised AC with a steam room for a reasonable price.
