The restaurant In general is not the monst luxurious place in earth. But as for railway station in you will feel like in 5 star SPA!
You can have a meal and rest in very decent conditions not worrying about your language. It's my top recommendation for any backpackers who needs to fill up their belly before hitting the road.
The executive Lounge is average. If you have to stay for a few hours you can choose to stay here for a while and rest. They have a kind of cabin which has recliner sofas which are quite comfortable and the room. Cost -Rs.336
The food is fine and they charged Rs. 231 which was a buffet. They have no non-veg option. Two vegetables and Dal. Indian bread and rice along with salads. They have sweets too which is not so great. So I would suggest you can go out and eat better.
It's a nice setup for waiting with some comfort. They charge rs 135 for a two hour slot. Nice sofa type seating arranged with AC inside it. Mobile Charging points are available for every single seat.washroom and toilet are also available inside. During long waits it's really a blessing. food is also available but I didn't try it.
During our weekend trip to Jaipur, my wife and I arrived at around 10 PM after taking the Double Decker from Delhi. With dinner on our minds, I remembered seeing Railway Lounge during one of my earlier visits. Having Idfc and ICICI Bank cards, which usually give complementary access, we decided to give it a try. The lounge was not very crowded when we arrived, and our cards were promptly accepted for access. Since we visited during dinner hours, which is available till 11 PM, we got a good amount of time to enjoy our meals.
The food was simple, with a buffet of 2 veg sabzi, 1 dal, rice, salad, and a sweet. There was also water and a tea/coffee vending machine. The place was clean, but the employees started checking raw stocks of items which were kept in storage just below the food items, causing a bit of nuisance. Additionally, the service was below average as no one actively refilled the items, and people had to ask in the kitchen.
Overall, the Railway Lounge at Jaipur is not quite at the level of lounges in airports, but it is a good option for those looking for an economical and simple place to relax and eat before or after their train journey.
This is one of Good initiative Indian railway has been taken, As now days the AC waiting room are full and we do not have any space to sit, this place allow us to wait in good ambience,
Also credit card user have facility to use in without spending money.
The IRCTC Executive Lounge in Jaipur has two options: a seating area and a resting suite. These two choices have different prices. The seating area offers comfy chairs, Wi-Fi, and snacks, while the resting suite gives you a private place to relax. Keep in mind that the prices for these options can vary. It's a convenient place to rest before your train, with options for different preferences and budgets.
The food and relaxing station at an affordable price , just looks like an airport lounge .
If u have connecting trains with more than two hours gap , just go and relax here with good quality food and many more massage machines. The staff is also very humble and polite.
Awesome experience.
Not expected from executive lounge. - Washroom were not functional / damaged. Unhygenic and dirty that cannot be used.
Complaint raised to the facility manager, but not properly resolved even in 40-45 minutes.
