I have joined this yoga program for getting relief from my neck pain & headache along with the lower back pain. This certainly has brought me relief however, being a new candidate I expect that in future there shall be more improvement & reduction in my daily pain. Instructions given by the expert during yoga postures are crisp & clear, targeting the exact muscle. Moreover breathing rhythm instruction while exercising provides an additional benefit to the body & enhances the overall output. One must at least give it a shot once in order to experience the betterment.
Bishnu ji is a very dedicated teacher and has detailed knowledge of yoga techniques. I started with the individual online classes a few months ago and have observed significant improvements in my stress management and physical fitness. It has helped me so much that I have asked several of my friends and family members to join his classes. The classes start with very basic movements and gradually goes to more advanced postures with time. Through his classes, I am learning intricate mechanisms of body, breath, and mind and exploring the vast possibilities of yogic techniques.
If there was a way, I would have given his classes more than 5 stars.
