the staff in this Hospital is not at all helpful specially 4th floor nurses..first of all they dont know how to talkbwith peteint and their relatives..and they behave like they have the workload of whole world.. and hardly 25 peteint is there on that particular floor.

Pathetic service.....I have admitted my dad just for a normal check-up and they directly admitted my dad in the ICU ward for no reason as they wanted to charge money on the higher side becoz it was my company who was going to pay on behalf of me. They don't even got any citi scan facilities and I was charged 5,500 for ambulance service to take my dad for citi scan instead of ambulance charges was covered in my insurance. Rather than admitting in inlaks I will prefer Joy, zen or sushrut hospital in chembur as they got better and fast services.
They don't have zero stars option. Bad experience, they don't have the basic medicine in casualty or in ward. Until the patient's relative won't buy the medicine first, they won't do anything. Even if the patient is in bad condition. Do not come to this hospital.
