Worst place and pathetic service, better choose other saloon and save your money. Staff has very rude behaviour and shouting on customers. Once payment happen then they are saying lot of rules and treating customer like cheap fellows. I didn't took the service when they were shouting with loud voice and requested money back as I'm not interested to take their service but they denied to return back my money. Especially receptionist is very arrogant. Request everyone to stop visiting this place and choose other spas

Got worst experience, went for hair cut and he did in 10 mins with improper way.they did my hair cut with careless manner. And no one were wearing mask in salon. Thr is no covid protocol following here. They were just concentrating on Spa customers only but not for haircut customers.After my hair wash at home then I can see oneside hair cut is not proper. Money waste to spend here

This is genuine feedback I don't have much complaints about service ..lady was cordial enough and did her part but they so lack in communication . First they were pushing me to costlier services and later somehow disguised me and did not mention exact prices before hands..doing cleanup for 1100 which is nowhere mention and while paying they are asking for money for the service and making me feel guilty above being confused ..DIY instead of wasting money and time .

Wrost service. Not worth of money

**This plafe should not exist** Sarcastic responses from the receptionist! No time sense. Rude therapist. Unprofessional behaviour. What should I say about my experience there! So I booked an appointment for a 60min deep tissue massage coz I had a long week working and wanted to take a relaxing massage. The receptionist was sarcastic and rude. That was the first red flag. Firstly, They made me wait in the lobby for more than 40min after thr scheduled appointment time. And there I was sitting like a fool coz while the people at reception were having a fun time. Secondly, the rooms were of poor hygiene. Thirdly, the therapist was rude and was extremely unprofessional! The massage ended in less than 20min after a knock at the door. ***This is the best part*** I explicitly asked to set the steam at 10min only coz it was a relatively hot day. I stepped inside and after what seems like a decade, I was suffocating and I sensed something was wrong. I stepped out and found out that the steam is set at 30min!! Extremely careless and unprofessional. If you don't want to be in dangerous health hazard, stay away from this abomination! This place should shut down!!!!

Such waste of my money. They made their hair stylist do a massage and they literally just applied oil. Taking customers for granted and lying to them about their services. Worst experience ever.

Supervising staff is not honest, I had a very bad experience, they didn't inform unavailable service before payment, and asking for execuse After payment. Better avaoid to visit MADINAGUDA branch.
