Flat 139 The building and amenities seems good from the exterior. We were prospective tenants. Went for flat enquiry and deposited 10,000 under the condition that everything will be repaired and cleaned. However on the day of entry, the owner did nothing. Toilet ceiling broken, taps rusted, cupboards broken. He even told all the bathrooms in the condo are like this. Such shame. I haven't recieved my 10000 as he told it's his time waste charges. Be careful of such owners. Posting photos as well.
I stayed here with my friends few months really osm , inner garden and gym maintained superb , such an calm place to sit and talk with friends ....good environment and good space to park vehicle
Nice apartment with swimming pool, gym , classical & western dance class , creche , 1.5 km away from arcot road and porur toll gate .

A nice apartment complex with all basic amenities inside for a gated community. Has a good atrium kind of open space at the centre. May be because of this design, the air flow is minimal and hence ventilation is a con. Since, it located inside, access to this place from the main roads are to be improved.
All are good play area, pool, cleanliness, good maintenance, rent also affordable.. Only issue water supply and water meter for water usage.. Barely 3 to 4k we spend for water domestic usage..
