Their contribution to the health sector here is not small, it is a hospital that is used by many people. But it is doubtful whether the facilities are there. Cleanliness is very low here. It is the responsibility of everyone and the authorities to keep the hospital clean.

I admitted my father in GH for stroke. They take care of patients very well. In my point of view most doctors and nurses are nice and do their job perfectly. Some are arrogant and angry staff is there. The hospital is not cleaned well. People also don't maintain cleanliness, they make it dirty in toilets.

Very worst of caring and no responsibility Discharge in morning but they didn't give us discharge slip upto 7pm as well as they did not changed the bed cover upto 1week

Same doctors are dont care of patient Wrost experience in my life and the emergency ward men ward And women ward lot of crowds and no bed for sick patiant nurses are very very wrost pls take care of patient If u go to this hospital if killed by same doctors or same nurses no innaff all Thanks. Unexpected kidney stone pain during my recent visit to Pondy led me to this hospital in an emergency. Great experience with the staff, nurses and doctors. One Dr Shiva attended to me. He was very kind and helpful. Eased my pain in no time. No standing in queues or waiting for long time. Doctors and nurses were attending to patients proactively. Haven't experienced this sort of service even in the best of private hospitals in Bangalore or Pune. Awesome experience

We are foreigners visiting India and our hotel wasn't able to find a doctor on call to treat my sick husband so we went to Indira Gandhi GH in Pondicherry. He was treated quickly and professionally and all members of staff were very helpful and kind. We are very grateful for the service they provided and we recommend this hospital highly. Thank you :-)

Doctors and nurses are adequate, treatment cost is free, they treat us very well.

Sad to say this ... Today I went to the specific clinic for seniors. At 12 noon registration starts for the hypertension patients. A lady is in charge ..Arrogant personality. Elders are standing in the queue. She sits in one chair with legs on another chair and busy on her mobile. No respect for the elders. She asks the patients for today's date!. Absolutely no responsibility for her job Please instruct her to be a responsible person.
