IndiGo - Airline in Pune - Pune, India

Worst service, they purposely confused gate number during boarding time, and some people missing flights including me, they close before 25minuts, and even if come 30sec late they will not open gate, then they will advise Pl check our office and pay 2500 for next flight. This is their daily practice, they ruling more flight in India.

Experience I recently had with indigo, a group of us had made a group roundtrip booking from trivandrum to pune, some of the people in the group had some extra baggage, this was not an issue at all with the indigo staff at trivandrum airport, they were very accomodating and helpful. While returning to trivandrum from Pune the indigo staff at pune were the exact opposite and wouldn't allow any excess baggage, which put us in a fix. They were unbelievably stiff and unhelpful and led to a heated argument. In the end they did let us go, but it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. And it's not like the Weight was too much, it was in limit as per guidelines just bags were extra in number.

Calling unnecessary early on airport for domestic flight and after having 15 kg check in luggage on ticket they say only 1 bag per customer is allowed. So most useless service by indigo airlines provides

I lost my bose headphone whilst deplaning but they could trace it back and ensure return. Picked up from Airport booking counter after 5 days

This place is located next to Pune International Domestic Airport IndiGo is Parcel office you can Book your Parcel to an Distnation It's depend on you the Box size length weight and very you have to send the parcel acoording to the Weight they callulate and you have to pay cash or credit card simple you have to fill the form and sabmit to the counter it takes only half an hour to this process so when ever you want to book any Parcel book it true IndiGo thks

few days back I traveled with this flight they are providing good facilities you will try this.

Sorry to report totally unexpected behaviour from Indigo staff. We had booked a wheel chair for 4th Oct flight to Kolkata. Even after repeated requests to indigo staff, it took half an hour to get the wheel chair. Our eighty plus lady relative , who has serious knee issues and cant stand or walk , had to wait for this time. This was totally unacceptable & casual behaviour from Indigo team.
