Worst customer service and customer support. There is no whatsoever system for customer, even for a work of 2 minutes, you have to wait for 30 minutes. Employees seems to be good, but the overall management is bad. Manager should look into this and make the customer experience better. Not expected for a bank with such a good reputation.

The ATM does not work properly.The behaviour of Some people of this branch very horrible they don't know how behave politely. My humble request to the authority of the branch that try to solve ATM problem as well as the behavior of workers. Some workers are really good but some are really horrible they always humiliate ill literate person, aged or those who are not habituated with this system yet. Very bad impression carries with this branch. Please try to solve the problem. Thank you .

The bank has a large number of customers who come for counter operations but the number of counters are only 2. The bank should consider arrangement of more counters and e-lounge facility here. The plus is that the staff are patient and try to solve problems and the branch is on the main road and easily accessible.

Worst experience ever. I went to receive my pension and my entire day got wasted just waiting in in queue. No signs of technology or digital stuff. Rude and careless staff. Cash reserve of the bank got exhausted although the bank knows that the senior citizens need their pension immediately and cannot wait for long hours. Insufficient places to sit for senior citizens. When someone asks the staff about the status of cash reserve of the bank, the staff members reply rudely and ask the senior citizens to wait.

Have been a customer of the bank for almost 24 years......most of the times the officials of the bank have been friendly. However recently there seems to have been a change of officials who are extremely rude and unhelpful. Having said that I would still give the bank 3 stars because of my long relationship with the bank.

It's a customer friendly nationalised bank that caters to the needs of the common people.Moreover, quite a few schools at Salt Lake have a tie up with this bank.

The Best part I found that, This Branch of Indian Overseas Bank has a Very rarely available ATM in Kolkata city. The Good part is that, We can also diposit cash up Rupees 49,000/- in this Automatic Trailer Machine.

The bank is located just beside water tank no 1. It's the closest bank near my place, but the ATM is not working for last 3 months
