Generally in this bank work will be done very fast compare to other banks I felt. Max of 15 min I spent for the work to finish. Staff is all so young energetic resolves issues quickly.

Bad service - security stops customers at the entrance mentioning passbook entry machine is not working. And, other officers have gone out for lunch.

All energetic and young staff with very good customer service...went branch with Google pay issue...staff handled it very well despite of so many customers to attend around. Over all very good customer service

Very poor customer service. Despite poor service by front desk people, Manager want to do business and advises the customers to more deposit and banking . So pathetic for the manager. Front desk officers were very poor in handling people, rude to people .. no solutions given properly for questions raised. If we ask questions on what they say , he will direct to Manager.

Worst customer service by the bank staffs, no proper communication with the customers about account locking and account balance locking without customer consent they holding customers money

Very lazy staffs. Cash counter person not ready to take cash. He is telling the customers to put the cash only in the ATM in his duty hours. Never go to this bank.

There are two worthless guys that don't even accept my payment. Very disappointed.
