We travelled around Rajistan India for 3 weeks. the whole trip was organised by Vishal. He was flexible and changed the itinerary to our needs. He had picked alot of hidden gems which was truely appreciated
My cousin and I were very pleased with the safaris organized by Indian Excursions recently. We visited Bandavgah and Kanha National Parks in India. All logistics were great. Good comfortable hotels in close proximity to the park entrances. Knowledge jeep drivers who were very obliging and punctual and great North Indian cuisine! We had fantastic tiger sightings in both parks! Certainly would recommend them to all my friends Thanks to Vishal and his team!
It's only when things go wrong that one really appreciates local help. Before we even started the trip, we had airline trouble with Alliance Airlines. They delayed our flight from Delhi to Jabalpur by 5 hours (three sets of delays) after which no one had any confidence that they would actually fly. We had to try and change airlines to Indigo. Checking the website showed no available seats. I contacted Vishal and his team swung into action and glued themselves to the Indigo website until two seats appeared. In the meantime, we retrieved our baggage and bolted to the Indigo check in counter. By then, Vishal's team found that 2 seats had suddenly popped up on their screen. If we had to do this and run to the other side of the airport, we would have missed the flight. The change was made, they didn't worry about payment, we organised that later, and we made the flight. The consequences of missing at least this flight were that we would have missed out on even more safari outings and more expense! I cannot say enough good things about how Vishal and his team organised our trip. They were flexible, responsive and always available. It was like having a local friend (which he was) bending over backwards to help you have a great time - and we did. The accommodation was well selected, the safaris drivers were mostly good (they have no choice in this), and the land travel was excellent and well organised. If it wasn't for the airlines messing up (twice for me and three times for my cousin who was traveling with me: Alliance Airlines and Air India). Indian Excursions Rock! Excellent service - thank you, we will be traveling with you again for sure.
