I had delivery of my wife from this hospital on recommendation from a relative. Doctor is helpful at certain extent however few nurses during post partem time were really impolite and rude, my wife had a traumatic experience after birth. She is unable to forget the various incidents till now... Around 8 months... The moment which was suppose to be cherished for Life time, it had been made a traumatic experience by the nurses and staffs of the hospital. Few nurses were really helpful and supportive but most of them not. They need a proper Training. One advice for all other fellow citizens, go to hospital on your own risk.

Wrost experienced.i didnt expect this kind of poor services and facilites,the worst is there is no proper pharmacy and medicine supply.the nursing staff they are very rude and very poor nursing care. @after those many month my mother just share what happened inside the icu, the staff were threatening to her,because on that day after the operation there is no one to shift patient from trolly to bed so we only shifted, on that day so we have spoken some words with icu staff but .they cannot just take out their anger to the patient who just got operated when no one is there with her .my mother didnt share that time because she was scared that we might fight with staff.and the treatment is not good .still my mother is having problem after operation.

Experienced Doctor but Rude behavior of staff. My sister was having cold with flu . We went there for checkup . We made the payment for opd and the doctors wasn't Available so we wait for some time after waiting for 20 mins the staff (not the doctor) told us to take Chest X ray and ECG. We ask why as the doctor wasn't even there. We would understand if after the checkup was done and the doctor tell us to do so. When we started questioning he become angry as if he's the doctor himself and refuse to accept our opd and give back to us and said in a rude tone to talk to the counter really? Do the counter do the check up not the doctor. As me and my sister look young he tried to take an advantage of us thinking we wouldn't question him. I have work in hospital and has an experienced myself but never in my life ask the attendent, to ask the patient to take an Xray before doing the checkup by doctor or atleast without the Doctor permission. He refuse to take our opd (not the doctor ) so we have to take at least a chest xray as they are not willing to take our opd nor refund even before the doctor arrives.He talk rudely to the sick patient. Is it how the management staff treat or is it their protocol to make the xray compulsory but why did the attendant order the pt to take an xray before the doctor arrives not the doctor himself. How would an attendant know if my sister was pregnant or not suitable to take an X-RAY. Again I'm not blaming all the staff nor all the doctor of this hospital but the negligence they have on management. Management wise I think the Raj medicity is far better. We feel humiliated till today . So all the best going there, prepare to take an Xray with EGG . I'm writing this based on my own experience and for those who's going to this hospital for first time please be aware of such situation. However My family had a different experience than us. They had a pleasant experience with a humble and friendly Doctor's and Staff. I Request the management staff to atleast look into this matter. Thanks

Poor management The management is so poor that they have no clue about their doctor's availability. Let me mention one of my experience. I had to take my wife to a gynecologist there and reached their hospital at 9:20am. As usual made the payments, plus took a covid test to enter the hospital. The formality was completed at around 9:45am. The doctor has left for the morning and will be back but no one knows what time. We waited and the time is now 11:20am. I have made the hospital staff called the doctor up, they inform us that the doctor should be there in 30 min. More patience, waited for another 1 hour. The time is now 12:30pm and the doctor cannot be seen. Made the counter refund my money. If you wanna visit this, make sure you/your patient can wait for half a day. Good luck you find a seat to wait.

Good doctors and nurses, humble and friendly, but parking area isn't up to par.

There are some very good doctors. Hospital management need a thorough upgrade

The best in service and quality, the staffs and the doctors give their personal touch to every patients. Highly recommend to those who seeks treatment at reasonable cost with easy accessibility. The hospital is equipped with the advance technology and diagnostic care.

One of the Premier hospital known for its quality services..the doctor and nurses here are highly trained and perform their duty very well... The emergency services it provides are quite satisfactory.. but the main problem is its parking.. the hospital space is also small and have barely enough space to pass through.this will be a drawback in the long run...and above all itneed to have a wheelchair lift for patients...
