Repair service jenuine spare parts are available for next 10years idont visit so no revew I bought Ford titanium so I call for service staff member politely say to visit and resolve any problem or issue great experience

Very good customer service ... all staff is fully professional and providing with great work & service also they are offering family lounge with refreshments like maggi , tea/coffee etc .. i always go to Bhagat Ford but from last 3 years i am coming at Imperial ford due to their good dealing and better service....

Recently had my car service .the experience was good .they do provide pick and drop which I had used in the past but decided to visit myself as I had to get few things checked this time.The staff was cordial and environment was extremely friend.was offered maggi, as an option for lunch ,as the service was taking time. Highly Recommended.

Best after sales experience. Polite and courteous staff ensures that all your vehicle issues get resolved the first time. It is due to this service center experience that I have not switched ford brand for last 10 years even after ford has left India

When they are selling ford endeavour they treated me like a beggar.And cut my phone each day 4-5 times like non stop.And even didn't called me back even once till now.Problem was that due to their great suggestions i canceled booking of EcoSport from another showroom so that they'll give me better offers and if i purchase it from imperial ford.I cancelled that booking and after that i am contacting them to book ecosport from them due to their respective manupulation but i again and again tried to contact but they treated me like a beggar and faced this.Thanks imperial ford for this historic deal .They should ask their staff now that who harrassed a customer in such a way ..i even sat their showroom for 4 hours and waited for booking and seen how they attended endeavour customers like kings.And me as their servant.

Brilliant team of engineers always give you best care of your vehicle. Guest rooms are neat and clean. Front desk staff in workshop area are well trained and professional in handling customer. Overall I will recommend ford customers to pay a visit for best care of your vehicle.
