One of best gym around Nagarabhavi. What makes it different from other gyms is the level of commitment trainers exhibit in attending each and everyone to help them out during workouts . Specifically speaking Mr .Vikas , who designs work outs technically as per the requirement with right blend of old school & new age workouts ranging from lean muscle , hypertrophic and other advanced techniques resulting in organic progress. If fitness is the goal , this is the right place to be !

This is undoubtably the best gym.. An excellent way to work out and get fit.. Still reasonably priced for what you get.. well equipped and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professionals.. Gym is maintained extremely well, it is always kept clean.. equipments are cleaned after every use. Trainers are friendly and super polite.. they take care of each n everyone personally..which is rarely seen in other gyms.. they inspire us alot and very supportive.. Feeling alot better after started working out here.. Overall a great place to go and sweat ur laziness and fat away...
