Imly (Rajouri Garden) - Vegetarian restaurant in New Delhi, Delhi - West, India

Visited yesterday night for the first and it will be the last as well. When we waited for almost 10 mins to give the order and staff people were walking around not looking at us and when we said who will take the order they are like sending the staff to take the order and it takes 5 mins to send the staff for order. Service was very slow and the music is too loud... after so many requests they have not even bothered to reduce/low the voice. Food was also on the average side and the service also forgot the order many times and took too much time. The ambiance was also not good. They wanted to charge like a good fine dining restaurant but forget both the fine & dine. Some Tagore garden dhabas may have better fine dining options. Food quantity was also very less for some items.

Overall ratings : 2 stars It was my first and last visit to this franchise of IMLY. The space was poorly managed, it's seems like you have come to an age old restaurant with very less food options. Walls were damped, uncomfortable seating & too much noisy. The food is not value for money, prices are high and quantity is very less. Example : 1. You'll order a platter and find only three chaap pieces & two dahi ke shole & rest the veggies which are undercooked. - 350rs - 400 rs. 2. You'll order dal makhani and god knows why it tastes like you have ordered bhaji pav. - 350 rs - 400 rs. 3. You'll order kadhai paneer & will only find 3 paneer pieces. - 350 rs - 400 rs. They wanted to charge like a good fine dine restaurant but forget both the fine & dine. The food options are so less, you'll not find more than 6 veg options for main course. The only thing good about this place is the bus themed decoration, which might cheer up your kids. But that comes with another disadvantage as on weekend parents group would come and would leave their kids unattended and they would annoy you by throwing trash at you, crying out loud and jumping all around.

Imly - A love to be a place . I have visited thrice this restaurant , what takes me more here is the FOOD. It's delicious and tasty. Ambience is good. We can go over there with friends and family.Must taste there refreshing drinks. Please add the icecream's options back to the menu. Highly recommended

Nice place with bus themed ambience serving variety of famous dishes from different cities of India. Loved the Imly Way Dosa, very different taste infused with flavours of southindian cuisine. Veg platter was delicious with good serving portion. Chhole and tandoori kulcha is a mist try. Perfect kulcha with delicious chhole. Jalebi was crispy and very good in taste. They serve super refreshing drinks too.

Food is absolutely divine. Quality of food is good and it's easy on pocket. Service was okay but food compensates for it. Love the theme of the restaurant. Overall experience was amazing! Must try.

Came here for a friends birthday party, food was quite decent, good quality for the price, but the quantity could be increased up a notch, but otherwise ok. Reasons for this rating is that their service is very poor and sloppy, you have to literally shout for the waiter to hear you even when the restraunt is partially empty, because they don't come to you by themselves, half the cutlery is missing, and you have to repeatedly ask the staff for it. Also I would have prefered if they had non veg, but that is more of a personal choice, hence I did not remove a star foe that.

IMLY and it's fusion foods has been amazing combo, they have all the Indian Delicacies from all over the country and they have added right but of spiciness and twist to everything to make it even more special. They have so many options for you to choose form and they have so much to offer and we just can't keep calm looking at all what they have. Along with that they have amazing portions for reasonable prices and the taste is amazing as well along with sober and simple ambience and subtle staff helping you out with everything. They are taking proper care of Sanitisation as well in these testing times.

This place has a lively and vibrant ambience with courteous staff and quick service. I went here with my friends and we all had a very good time. For starters, we tried dahi poori, papdi chaat, momos, and chilla. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted very delicious. I loved their chaat items. For main course we ordered laccha parantha and masala soya chaap, makke ki roti and sarson ka saag, and chilli garlic noodles. Believe me, every single item was excellent. I loved the makke ki roti and sarson ka saag the most. The best came at the end, and that was Rabri & Jalebi. Absolutely a delightful treat for my taste buds. All in all and absolutely amazing experience. Must visit place with family and friends.
