imagine - Apple Premium Store - Cell phone store in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

Customer was handled very efficiently as the employee seems friendly..but there was no AC in the hall due to which customers were facing several problems inside the hall.. Also no drinking water facility, tissue papers nothing was arranged just it seems... we have booked the Apple phone and have to buy it. Common please tck of your employees too... they were Seen so tired and irritated... Don't just look for money... instead treat your employees and customer well... else one day you will land empty store... written closing soon.. Only AC was there but not working...

They are very good and polite towards customers. They were very helpful as they managed the device I wanted as soon as possible and also informed me when the device arrived to the store and they also gave me in store discount for the peripherals of the device. I liked my experience there

This store at Siliguri is amazing. The staffs are so co operative & also knowledgeable on each and every variety and products. Collection of stock is good . Sales executive Muskan is so nice & pretty and helpfull.

I purchased a iphone 15 pro , with my credit card and then at emi option but the idiot store bank they were charging me full value now I asked the store to atleast send email that we had chosen emi option but they have no courtsey to send an email I called them thousands of times to just mdo that much Then i emailed bank with whatever details I had and bank replied the store had chosen option for full value the store was telling a lie I can afford to pay thats y I am okay but it became a hassel for me DONT GO TO THIS STORE THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND ARE NOT BOTHERED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE FACED BY A CUSTOMER I AM BUYING THE MOST EXPENSIVE PRODUCT THEY HAVE AND THEY HAVE NO COURTSEY TO HELP ME OUT ON THAT BAD EXPERIENCE BAD COMMUNICATION NO BAG GIVEN NO AC NO AFTER SALES SERVICE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND PATHETIC AIRCONDITIONING

The behaviour was polite. I went to buy ipad air 5 . But there was no stock for the wifi 64gb version. They asked me to take the wifi + cellular version for the same price but that too was on starlight color and the box which they took out had dirt on it. C'mon we are visiting an apple store not mi or realme store that we can expect such lack of stocks and cleanliness . I mean for me apple stores should be premium. The store didn't have an ac on it. There were fans running and it was situated near the sales team. I was literally sweating while checking the ipad air 5 on display. Overall a very bad experience visiting the store and the price was also sky high. I thought that experiencing my first purchase of an apple product would be very good but it was completely the opposite. I would never visit this store back again. I bought my ipad from Amazon and i got it for 7k less along with my favourite color.

Though I bought my iPhone 15 pro max from this place I must say their service is terrible. The staff are least bothered and completely uninterested in customer service. They don't have any answers to any doubts you have regarding the products they have and seemed to be bothered when called upon to answer queries. As customers we need to ask them each and everything instead of them being proactive and explaining it to themselves. After the purchase and since it was my first iPhone when asked to help set it up their response was to skip everything and tell me that I can do the needful at home lol. So much for customer support after paying close to 1.7 lakhs for the iPhone. Why would I bother asking them if I could do it myself at home. They didn't bother telling me about the apple care+ program and when I asked them about it their answer was vague and irrelevant. They just wanted us to pay the money and get out and leave them alone lol. The apple service executive in the store at the basement where I bought my Apple Watch series 9 was kind enough to help set up my phone and clear all my doubts even though I didn't buy the phone from that store. Oh and a special mention to their cheap bags that they provide when you buy products worth lakhs bcz their store doesn't have the proper Imagine/apple carry bags. Think your grocery store would provide better carry bags with their brand logo. Horrible experience!!!

Awesome shop and beautiful behaviour by every staff's person..... I'm really happy and very thankful to this imagine store for helping me to achieve my dream phone

I have experience calling lag, I have tried calling imagine store, church road. Calls get answered but from different city. Otherwise it have good customer experience and nice service.
