This is the best hospital in Agartala. This is a private hospital . But there are very advanced machine , very experienced Doctor's, Nurse , workr are in here. I think this is the very cleanest ( Hygienic ) hospital in Agartala. If anyone suffering health issues then please don't waste your important time and immediately go for check-up in " ILS Hospital Agartala". Welcome for everyone .
very clean and well maintained hospital, few in the state that's got the proper done. well that's what happens when you pay for extra and with a cost. and you get results too. the employees do their jobs in proper manner and no doubt about it. nothing reckless and they know how to keep it running. nothing fancy, parking spots are available too and the doctors over their observe carefully and does the job too well. i can say im satisfied with the experience i got to. all too well, i hope i don't have to visit again.
the worst experience i got from department of nephrologist. the book an appointment at 12.00 Pm i came timely but the Dr. won't came at 1.46 pm approximately one and half hour late and the receptionist tell us dr. will come but won't. moral of the story is ILS HOSPITAL is very bad at timing and all and the dr. also responsible for the timing. atleast they have to told truth about timing and all .
Cafe Junction 24*7 staff behaviour is not upto the mark however things has been sorted out by the owner
Came for the first time bad facility there is no rule to see the patient all ulta pulta waited over 4 hours took appointment 450 rs
Clean and hygienic atmosphere. They maintained good service in various sections. Reception area need more efficient receptionists. Even after having an online appointment wating time at reception desk took long. Doctors and staffs were experienced and good in behaviour. Charges are higher than other state's hospital charges.
My brother Uday Rudra Paul was admitted on 17th November and released on 21st November 2023, service and facilities were excellent during his stay overall staffs were very helpful and people like Mr.Tanuj and Abhijit is an asset to Ils hospitals. Dr. Tushar Tudu has changed the mind set of been tough to communicate with doctors, he is very friendly and a nice human being.
My patient's name is Madhuri Roy, She had her Whipple's procedure done by Dr. Gaurav and Dr. Asis Gupta, which was a great success. We're very happy with our patient's recovery.
