I have joined ijosh and i have get an amazing experience. Since the coach is so friendly and giving me a proper workout schedule and diet plan . All type of equipment are available and i can see difference i my physic ~ IJOSH

Well equipped and better fitness experience

I heared a lot good about this gym, but I didn't trust these at all, after some weeks I joined as a trail, and there surprisigly the coaching is very good and caring ,so all should concern here
