Worst after sales service in kakinada , unprofessional service representatives. No resolution of the existing issues, if the ticket is raised more than 1 month they are asking us to call customer service to raise a new ticket without resolving the existing issue. When calling service representative , very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Not a good sugestion for buying ifb products in kakindad. You will regret it.

Best shop for IFB products especially washing machines, Micro wave Owens and Air conditioners. I bought washing Machine Front Load 8 kg at a price maximum as low as when compared to other shops. I purchased Senator Aqua 8kg in 2014 March. It still working fine. Apart from the products they offer some gifts like kettle or hotpots also. I got 1 litre Thermo Flask.

This i f b customer service so many poor very very very much bad bad unprofessional service technician is very bad my i f b washing machine automatic on and off he is not understanding for wasting machine I am so many problem my washing machine technician coming is not careful repairing again tomorrow is automatic off not on

Most worst service ever I gave my oven for repair js a touch panel replacement the service centre owner said it will be completed in 2days, After waiting for two days I went to the service centre then he said it takes one week time and later after a week he said technician is not available it take 20 days for him to arrive so he asked me to wait for 20 more days after a month I went to store and this time the store owner said technician went out he is not lifting the call and asked me to come NXT day So NXT day same response I fed up with all this and asked him to return my oven to my surprise he said they are unable to find my oven and asked me to send my bills to verify the oven so I had sent my bills and went to took my oven back by the time I saw my oven it looks rusty all the parts are replaced from my oven and they returned my oven after 3 months with few more complaints SO GUYS JUST BE CARE FULL WITH THIS IFB SERVICE CENTRE
