Idlicious - South Indian restaurant in Pune - Pune, India

Visited idlicious after a very long time with family. We had , Sada dosa crisp Masala dosa crisp Podi dosa Mysore masala dosa Rawa onion dosa Mini idli Filter coffee Taste wise dosas were as expected. They were served with chutney and sambhar. Their sambhar taste has changed , i am comparing this with pre covid level. I liked the earlier sambhar a lot. The tomato onion chutney was not served as well. Service wise they need to improve i feel they are under staffed for weekend rush. I feel wadeshwar / anna idli are better nearby options

Hands down this is best plave for any South indian. They make authentic home style South Indian food. They have a lot of varites compared to any South Indian restaurant I have visited in pune. Taste is very close to what I would eat at my own home. Even the ambiance is home like. Even the curd rice here is worth ordering. I visit this place when feeling home sick. Some of the foods are made only on some days. This place is bit on expensive side but you won't find any place like this. This place on most days is crowded bit on weekends you might have to wait for a while for seat.

1. On weekends, waiting time approx half hour 2. The ambience is okay. They have turned an independent home into restaurant 3. The chutney, sambar felt authentic. Other than that food taste was mediocre like Okayish 4. I feel the price is bit on higher end (might be because of location). Not kind of value for money

I was here to taste authentic South food. They have one dish of rice served on the day basis, dosa, idli and wada. So the joint is good for breakfast. They will not serve you extra sambar or rasam. If you need more pay more. You can't ask for sambar in exchange for rasam and vice versa. They will not even serve you red chutney until you ask them which is part of your order menu. I don't know if they have more seating options . We had outdoor seating.

Genuine authentic taste of south. I have lived in south India for almost a year and up till now this has been the closest to the authentic taste.

This place is utter nonsense. This is a serious issue. Today we visited here for breakfast. We had a 9 months infant with us. The owner again and again very rudely told us that baby is not allowed to sit on the table. When we asked for some baby sitting arrangement, She advised us to hold on lap only and gave advise regarding parenting and that we should learn to behave our baby. The owner including all the staff is very rude. Horrible service.

Nice home dining setup, located inside a 2 story bungalow. Variety of options mainly for breakfast and lunch, mostly South Indian dishes but a few North Indian items. I found it a little overrated, as the prices are almost doubled compared to other stores. Parking is an issue especially for four wheelers. One time visit place for South Indian food with a homely ambience.

Had Podi Idli, Bisibelebhat for the first time and it was perfect . Filter coffee is too good. Thumbs up !!
