They have a wide variety of products in all good brands, but are bit costly. The staffs are customer friendly and helpful. You don't want to worry about parking. They have enough space.

When We visited Ideal stores to buy a mixer grinder, we were greeted and guided to the display section by a sales member Ramya. She demonstrated all models of mixees from different manufacturers and explained each and every accessories without any hesitation. She answered to all our question and made a happy shopping experience. Great service and customer care.

Ideal stores is the go to place for our family to buy any kitchen equipment. We've been shopping there for many years. Recently I wanted to buy a 110V grinder and I called the store to inquire, Ramya provided the necessary information and when we went in to buy she provided details of the product, answered all questions and also gave a demo of the product. Ideal Stores Service dept is good. Under warranty they got my mixie.s motor changed at no extra cost. Raheeth was courteous and knowledgeable. The service section.s response on deadlines can be communicated in more prompt way.
