Pathetic Management. They take prior appointments and still make you wait for more than hour. If you call at the reception, they give you a time to come and then we reach on time, they ask you to wait because there are others who are in queue. Why do they take prior appointments if this is how we were supposed to be treated. I have been coming to this diagnostic center for all my pathological needs however, this is my first PATHETIC experience. The female staff need to learn some courtesy while speaking. Please have some educated and well behaved staff . Thank You
