IDBI Bank - Chandannagar Branch - Public Sector Bank in Chandannagar - Hooghly, India

The bank is short on staff, on a daily basis certain important services are compromised on by the bank staff causing inconvenience to the customer. The present Bank Manager is also good for nothing. Chandannagar Branch of this bank used to provide excellent service under previous managers, but presently it's a mess.

Every time I have visited the branch always experienced delayed service and rude behavior from employees, this time had huge harassment from the lady sitting in Front desk. Extremely bad experience

Since the day of opening my account the IDBI bank officials and support Staffs have been giving quality services. Policies of the bank are as easy as ABC also show the enough kindness towards her customer. Hope this delightful journey will go on.

Now a days the branch becoming a good operating condition. I am the customer of this branch almost starting of it. There was challenge in updating passbook but right now it is in working condition, one employee has been appointed to do this job. As it is situated in high floor so one has to get enter by stare and no ramp available for wheelchair entry.

Pros: 1. Normally most of the staffs are helpful. Cons: 1. Basic functionality takes huge time to recover eg passbook printing machine is out of order for more than months now.

I don't have much experience about the Bank's daily operations but the ATM thereat works satisfactorily. Friends say that the dealing of the Bank is satisfactory.
