I have been a member of Iconic Fitness for almost 5 years, and I have been consistently impressed with the staff, facilities, and trainers. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to get to know you and your fitness goals. When I first arrived, they gave me a tour of the gym and helped me set up my account. They have also been very helpful in answering my questions and providing me with advice. The facilities are top-notch. The equipment is clean and well-maintained, and there is a wide variety of equipment to choose from. I have never had to wait for a piece of equipment, even during peak hours. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable. They are able to help you reach your fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. I have had a great experience working with my trainer. He is always patient and encouraging, and he has helped me to make significant progress in my fitness journey. I have also been impressed with the way Iconic Fitness team handles complaints. I have seen a few instances where members have had issues with the staff or the facilities. In each case, the management has been quick to investigate the issue and take appropriate action. They have also been very responsive to my feedback, and they have always made an effort to resolve any issues that I have had. When a complaint or issue is raised against any of their staff members, the management never hesitates to listen. They take action quickly, investigate the matter thoroughly, and find a solution as soon as possible. If necessary, they will terminate the staff member or issue a warning. Unfortunately, some people who have been terminated have started to blame the fitness center and spread false information about it. This has also happened with members who have opted for personal training. They receive different treatment than non-opted members, and some of them have started to argue with the trainers and spread false information. I have seen many such incidents, but the management and the team have always tried to reach out to the people involved and resolve the issue. However, the people involved are unwilling to listen and continue to blame the team. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Iconic Fitness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym.

My gym trainer Ali is simply outstanding! His possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness, always tailoring workouts to meet my specific goals and needs. His motivation and encouragement keep me consistently engaged, making each session enjoyable and rewarding. Thanks to their guidance, I've seen remarkable progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. I couldn't ask for a better trainer to help me on my fitness journey!

Been training in the gym for almost an year and the facilities has been terrific. Got the best of training from Suraj Rai, who has made the journey worth every penny spent. He goes beyond and above to ensure that not only the training is taken care but also the diet part is taken care of by taking regular updates of food habits. Extra cookies for being extra friendly.

I have been a member of this gym for several months now, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I haven't encountered any complaints during my time here. As part of the gym's subscription package, you have the option to take advantage of a body composition report. This report has been incredibly beneficial for me as it helps me track my progress and make adjustments to my fitness routine accordingly. While the gym offers personal trainers for those who prefer one-on-one guidance, I haven't opted for a personal trainer myself since I was already familiar with gym workouts. However, I regularly seek guidance from Athul, who is one of the general trainers available. Athul has been a tremendous help to me, providing valuable insights and advice regarding my exercise form and diet. He takes the time to review my body composition report with me and addresses any doubts or questions I may have. If you are looking for a gym to start you fitness journey or continue your fitness journey look no further. Whether you're looking for a personal trainer or seek guidance from the knowledgeable general trainers, this gym provides a comprehensive fitness experience.

The facilities and machines in the gym are good. However I would not recommend this gym for personal training because contrary to the definition of 'personal' training they allot 3-4 people under one trainer which kills the whole essence of paying for a personal trainer. I lost interest in going to the gym on time because I knew I am not going to get personal attention then why waste the effort of adjusting my own time. Having said the above Ali was a great coach and tries to give his best to all the clients even with the flawed personal training model of Iconic Fitness in general. So, a huge shoutout to Ali.

Good gym with ample trainers, my personal trainer Rupak has been great, he is quite dedicated and seems to enjoy his work. I usually enjoy training with my trainer. I see a gradual improvement in my health regime eventually achieving my goals. Consistency and commitment is the key. I feel Iconic Fitness is doing a great job.
