Special mention to Akshay Sir, he knows the subject in and out he knows the diet you should go for the weights you should lift(along with the best posture), he customises the whole fitness program according to your body type and fitness goals and he constantly motivates you and push you to give your best. In just one month I lost 5 kgs and got in a very good shape. I opted for the personal trainer for 3 months. Iconic fitness HSR is one of the best place to be fit and get in shape. Their offerings are little bit on the higher side but they are worth going for...I was little skeptical in starting, but the personal trainers they have are very high class and my results paid off for me.

As i have taken PT Mr kush is a excellent trainer, I am actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training ahead of time . Thank you very much for a great training session. The program was enjoyable, and I learned a lot from it. You're the best trainer that I've ever worked with. Thanks for being patient, encouraging and inspiring!

While the overall gym ambience and gym equipment is good, I somehow feel that there are some improvements made. I usually see that if something or some equipment is broken, its not replaced immediately. For example resistance bands, muscle trainer roller etc. Other gyms provide sticks which help in warming up and do some body flexibility exercises. Here, they have resistance bands, but all gone now and no replacement. Also, there are two cable cross machines. But they do not have two sets of support equipment to use them. Even if the gym employees can take a walk and see what is not working and what is the waste and not usable support equipment there, they themselves can understand what improvements can be made. i felt like putting this review so it helps.

Please do not join iconic GYm HSR Branch. This is no less than being harassed. Waste of money and weast of time. Me and my frd joined here very poor service provide thy don't ever bother about customer once you paid the money. Once of worst gym ever seen before joining to this gym think two times don't believe what all thy say jst thy will make fool to join thr fitness centre. Only brand for making money not for the service. Instead of paying here you can do excise in your home are in park

Best in class equipment, top-notch hygiene, an air-conditioned gym setup, welcoming staff, an incredible stereo system, and the best personal trainers. I signed up for a personal trainer and gym membership three months ago. I was fortunate enough to train with Satish As a personal trainer, Satish is immensely motivated by scientific approach of body transformation. He contributes in three ways to getting the job done. Daily inspiration by providing statistical data and transformational experiences from real life. Second, based on the body type, methodically creates the exercise regimen. Last but not least, has a strong understanding of how to push yourself a bit beyond of their comfort zone each day to prevent burnout. Overall, I highly suggest this gym to anyone who cares.

I felt it was one of the best gyms in the HSR layout. a very hygienic and very professional trainers. My trainer, Sathish, is a very energetic and result-oriented guy.. he always wakes me up with good morning messages .( it sounds like a getup and coming to the gym ) .. I got very good results and lost 5 kgs in 40 days. In the end, we needed to put in our efforts to see some difference.

I have been training under Khush Dutta, who has multiple certifications and awards. he is patient, understands my requirement, works with me dedicatedly for full one hour and also is a good conversationalist, who gives lot of relaxed moments during the workout. Highly recommended personal trainer
