The equipments here are all well kept and properly sanitized. Also the environment is very nice which motivates every individual. The gym trainers are also very helpful. My personal trainer vipin has helps me whenever I need.

I would like to share with you my experience with the gym and trainer. The trainer (Abdul Kalam) is very knowledgeable and does train well. He start with basics as per needs ( for beginners) and moves to advanced checking the capabilities. He is friendly and cooperative. The equipment/tools of the gym are up to date and they help a lot in the training process. Overall my experience with the management and training with the gym was good.

As I was a beginner I got many doubts in exercises and in my diet plans, he clears all my doubts. He is very friendly in nature and he is motivating me to get good results. Till now it's satisfying to get trained under him.

One of the best gym i have came across in BTM. The staffs are friendly. Working out here for about 8 months now and never faced any issue. My trainer "Vijay" is well trained and have good knowledge, trains me very well. He is always ready to help and understand if there is any health issues. He is a humble gym trainer i have met. Gym is maintained very well and equipments are also kept sanitized. Overall I am satisfied with my overall experience here in this gym.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. Recently I started Personal training with Akash who I would highly recommend. He is encouraging, always smiling and I am enjoying my sessions very much, my strength is slowly improving. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.
