it been 3 visit in the bank just to update my new phone number i dont know what it is they are taking so much of time just to update new number i have received credit card due to old number is registered i cant change pin number cant use that card anywhere what shall i do with that card if bank cant update my number on it even after multiple visit in the branch, also it does not have a facility to change the number through customer care or mobile banking.
Terrible branch to work with we have a current account which received funds for running business from our partner abroad it's been 18 days they have still not cleared it . Horrible bank to work not at all customer friendly . Don't ever open an account there they don't care . Don't think anyone takes heed of reviews also .

Went to this branch to open an NRI account. Was told minimum amount required is 1.15 L. Submitted a bank draft and a check totalling 1.13 L and that was accepted. Its been over a week but account is still not opened. Was told acount login details would be emailed. No mail received. Made frantic calls to the person who gave her phone number to call if any issue, she answered once and has no clue whats taking this so long I have to leave the country and feeling absolutely frusted by this bank branch for a total lack od customer seevice
