I recently had the pleasure of staying at IBIS, and I must say, the room service and food were exceptional. The menu offered a delightful variety, catering to different tastes and preferences. The meals were not only delicious but also presented with attention to detail. What truly stood out was the prompt and courteous room service. The staff was not only efficient but also went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Shiv and all other staff are very good in service. Whether it was breakfast in bed or a late-night snack, the service was consistently top-notch. The quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise reflected in every dish. From savory to sweet, each bite was a culinary delight. The hotel's commitment to providing a memorable dining experience was evident in the freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation from Chef Basu. Overall, my experience with the room service and food at this hotel was outstanding. It significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a combination of excellent service and delectable dining options.

Had a very bad experience with housekeeping and front desk. Housekeeping experience- Firstly they tore our wedding dress which was given for laundry. When they gave us the dress back they said that the laundry was done on that dress. Upon inspection we noticed the dress was smelly and was torn. When we called the housekeeper again, they said it was already torn and given. We then escalated the matter to the manager (who took more than 15hrs to get back to us). They even charged us for the that. Upon discussing with the manager they managed to drop the charges. Front desk experience- they take more than 20-25mins to get a check-in/out done. Very slow at this department. Never experienced this kind of service from other ibis hotels we had stayed in.

Had a great time there. The rooms were good with an amazing view,Spacious dining area. The cleaning service was really nice. Mr. Chiranjit was very friendly .He took care of housekeeping and was available over call whenever assistance was required . A clean and nicely decorated place with beautiful view, Highly mention about well behaved, helpful staff specially front desk, they are so well professional. I'm quite regular to this place, one of the best budget friendly hotel in the city. If I talk about the service they maintained it very well, Housekeeping department is always on the toe whenever you asked for anything, special thanks to Mr Gobinda who gave the best service to us. Food was catering to all tastes. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Enjoyed our stay here..The cleaning person did an excellent job. Chiranjit was exceptionally polite & provided prompt service during our stay here.

My 1st visit to this hotel was amazing because the staff and the management were so cooperative . They had personal attention to all the customers that required. Amazing food, ambience, staff, hygienic everything was up the mark I especially want to thank Lokesh and his entire team for the amazing service that they gave me and others.

It was good stay although I believe staff need to be more energetic towards the duties.during check-in time i was not informed about breakfast timing hence we asked.. Breakfast was good although there was no one escort the guest hence we discover our own table which was not cleared that time although later on associate came and cleaned the same. I think staff need to be more enthusiastic and energetic towards guest satisfaction.

We were a group of 6 people and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay only because of the food & service provided to us in the restaurant. The service staff led by Mr. Chaudhary(Lokesh) and his team were pure professional and extremely hospitable to each and every need of ours. We had the real authentic Bengali Cuisine plus sometimes there were even special requests which were considered according to our liking. At the same time the entire kitchen and f&b Team consisting of lovely people were also very warm in their approach. Immensely happy with both the teams which created a memorable impact on us.
