Sambalpur (Sambalpur (help*info)) is the fifth largest city in the Indian State of Odisha. It is located on the banks of river Mahanadi, with a population of 335,761 (as per 2011 census).[2][3][4] Prehistoric settlements have been recorded there. It is the home of the Sambalpuri sari.

Particularly this place is not the beauty. The real charm is Mahanadi river bank. This place is the starting point of ring road of the city. Don't just click lot of pictures here but also go to the overbridge and walk or drive through the ring road where u can see the real beauty of the nature specially in the evening time of rainy days. The scenic beauty is there in the ring road.

Nice place& fantastic place known as Selfi point of Sambalpur. I hope it's always a tourist hot spot. The culture and diversity shown on the wall of boundary paint by colours which most attractive. I love the place very much. As i can get some free time i never let to forget to went there.

Good place and good people Their language is bit difficult to understand but that's sound so lovely Foods are much better, you should try Sev ladoo and muaa.
