I have been a member of I LIFT Green Park for the past 3 years and I am incredibly impressed with the overall experience. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to assist with any questions or concerns, It's great to see people of all fitness levels working together and cheering each other on.
I've noticed a big improvement in my fitness level since I started coming here, and I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who's looking to get in shape.
Their gym remains close on Sundays.again today there center remain closed on duserra.

A very toxic place to be....my friend booked a trial session. First they didn't have any facility to scan the qr cide ...so i wasn't checked in...then the trainer was the most toxic person ever.... Made unnecessary advises and taunts throughout the session. People go to gym for peace of mind and net to feel uncomfortable and unsafe ....avoid going to this place if you value your peace of mind.
I lift is a fantastic gym!! Trainers are quite sociable, those who personally come forward to take care of you regardless of what fitness level you are at. Sophisticated equipments, Modern-day infrastructure!, Highly recommended!!
